3. Retreat Applications & Reservations
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. All retreat participants are selected through a review process to ensure alignment with the program and group dynamic. Upon acceptance:
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place
- Full payment is due 30 days prior to the retreat start date
- Cancellations made 60+ days before the retreat receive a full refund minus the deposit
- Cancellations within 30 days of the retreat are non-refundable
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule retreats due to circumstances beyond our control, in which case a full refund will be issued
4. Assumption of Risk
Retreat activities may include physical movement, breathwork, meditation, and other wellness practices. By participating, you acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risks and assume full responsibility for your participation. You agree to disclose any relevant health conditions during the application process.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of The 9th Ray and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
6. Confidentiality
